Looking for help on debts and bills -- aspiring Christian Vocalist/Songwriter

My name is David Hess and I have a seemingly unsurmountable stack of bills that are causing me more stress than I cope with.
I have plans to move to Nashville, TN this fall to pursue my dreams to perform Christian music; but my bills prevent me from getting any kind of forward motion in life. I have debt collectors, car payments, rent, utilities, daily expenses that increase every day and I JUST NEED A BREATH!!
I work two jobs for about 65 hours a week and am taking guitar lessons on top of it - the cost of which is coming out of my pocket. I am a VERY hard worker and have just had the worst luck of getting out from underneath the weight of minor debts. I hold to a strong and strict budget but one wave comes after the other !! PLEASE HELP!!
My debts, including my student loans, total approximately $12,000. Any and all help is more than appreciated!!
